A licensing fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) for an annual license and ten dollars ($10.00) for a single raffle shall be paid to the Village Clerk at the time the application for a raffle license is filed. All application fees are nonrefundable even if the license is denied. The license shall be applicable only for the calendar year in which it is issued or for the specific raffle and there shall be no proration of application fees for any partial calendar year.
