4-7-2: PENALTIES:

Failure to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter shall constitute a violation; and any person, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to punishment as provided in section 1-4-1 of the this Code. (Ord. 05-16, 7-5-2016)
