Whenever the term "motor vehicle" is used in this chapter, it shall be construed to include cars, trucks and motor homes. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to apply to or affect bicycles, tricycles or such other vehicles as are propelled by human power exclusively or operated on rails or motorized wheelchairs, motorcycles, or motorbikes. A motor vehicle, as used in this chapter, shall not include a commercial motor vehicle as defined in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/18b-101. (Ord. 4-03, 3-4-2003)
