4-2-10: PENALTY:
Any person, firm, corporation, club, partnership or association convicted of violating the terms of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, with each day being considered a separate violation. (Ord. 12-97, 7-1-1997)
