4-1C-9: WILFUL EXPOSURE:
   A.   No person having any communicable disease enumerated herein, or in the case of any severe health risk declared by the State of Illinois, or any person who has been exposed to any communicable disease enumerated herein or declared to be a significant health risk by the State of Illinois shall wilfully expose others to the condition on any public street, public place, conveyance, or vehicle while in danger of transmitting the disease to others. Any driver or owner of such vehicle or conveyance shall immediately disinfect the same under the direction of the public health department.
   B.   No person shall give, lend, sell, transmit, convey, or expose any clothing, rags, bedding, or other things which have been exposed to infection or contagion. (Ord. 225, 3-25-1985; amd. Ord. 440, 3-24-2020; Ord. 441, 4-28-2020)
