A. Application For License: Application for a club license shall be made in writing and shall be filed with the city clerk.
B. License Fee: A club in the city shall pay an annual license fee of eight hundred dollars ($800.00). Said license fee shall be paid on or before July 1 of each year, and the license shall run from July 1 through June 30 of each year hereafter.
C. Number Of Licenses: There shall be issued in the city no more than one club license, and there shall be issued no other liquor licenses of any kind.
D. Hours Of Operation: The hours of operation for any club license shall be seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. until two o'clock (2:00) A.M. the next morning. (Ord. 337, 6-22-2004)
