The fee for hearing appeals from decisions of the zoning official, or for a special use permit, or for variations of the terms of the zoning ordinance by the zoning board of appeals shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00) to cover the cost of the proceedings before the zoning board of appeals and any inspections required by the city. These fees shall be paid to the city treasurer. (Ord. 350, 1-24-2006)
