2-1-4: JOINT PURCHASING WITH STATE:
The purchasing officials of the City designated by ordinance or resolution of the City Council are hereby authorized to participate in joint purchasing contracts with the State for the purchase of such supplies as the State purchases through centralized procurement for public use. (Ord. 125, 2-26-1973)
