A. Depository Designated: A licensed financial institution located in close proximity to the City shall be designated to be the depository for all City funds. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized to open accounts in said institution or institutions and endorse and deposit in said accounts of the City any and all monies, checks, drafts, bills of exchange and other deposit items.
B. Convenience Fee: The City shall charge a convenience fee of three percent (3%) on all payments in which a credit or debit card is utilized. (Ord. 426, 6-26-2018)
C. Signature On Checks: The City Treasurer is hereby authorized to sign checks or orders withdrawing or ordering payments from said accounts. (Ord. 195, 5-23-1983)
