Nothing contained herein shall abrogate, impair, or otherwise effect any cable/video service agreements entered into with the City prior to the effective date of this chapter. Renewals or revisions to such existing agreements may be subject to the provisions herein if the cable provider elects to secure authorization from the Commission as provided herein.
