9-3-1: PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

   A.   Purpose: In order to regulate and restrict the location of buildings designated for specified uses, to regulate and limit the height and bulk of buildings hereafter erected or structurally altered, to regulate and limit the intensity of the use of the lot areas, and to regulate and determine the areas of yards, courts and other open spaces within and surrounding such buildings, the City is hereby designated as one district, known as the A Residential District.    B.   Scope: The regulations set forth in sections 9-3-5 and 9-3-7 through 9-3-16, inclusive, of this chapter or as set forth elsewhere in this title when referred to in such sections, are the district regulations in the A Residential District. (Ord. 349, 1-24-2006; amd. Ord. 412, 8-23-2016)
