A. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this title shall, upon conviction, be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 349, 1-24-2006; amd. 2008 Code)
B. The penalty for failing to obtain a building permit shall be two (2) times the amount of what the permit fee would have been. (Ord. 349, 1-24-2006)
