A. All private residential swimming pools extending above the ground grade level shall have means of egress in the form of one or more ladders or sets of steps, which shall be removed when the pool is not in use. (Ord. 174, 10-22-1979)
B. If an aboveground grade level private residential swimming pool is surrounded or partially surrounded by a deck, the access to that deck shall be limited in the same manner required under section 8-2-2 of this chapter. (Ord. 296, 3-27-1995)
