1-6-2: RULES AND ORDER OF BUSINESS:
   A.   Order Of Business: The order of business of the city council shall be as follows:
      1.   Roll call.
      2.   Minutes of preceding meeting.
      3.   Reports of officers.
      4.   Reports of committees.
      5.   Other business. (Ord. 3, 6-30-1950; amd. 2008 Code)
   B.   Resolutions: Any resolution submitted to the council shall be reduced to writing before being voted upon on the request of any two (2) members of the council.
   C.   Addressing Meetings: No person other than a member of the city council shall address that body at any regular or special meeting except upon consent of a majority of the members present.
   D.   Robert's Rules Of Order: "Robert's Rules Of Order" shall govern the deliberations of the council except when in conflict with any rule, resolution or ordinance adopted by the council. (Ord. 3, 6-30-1950)
