A. Garbage And Rubbish: It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place, deposit, or leave, or cause or permit to be thrown, placed, deposited or left, any rubbish, filth or garbage in or upon any portion of any street, alley, sidewalk, ditch, culvert, stream or storm sewer within the limits of the City. B. Landscape Waste: It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, deposit, place, or leave, or cause or permit to be thrown, placed, deposited or left, any accumulation of cut grass, cut weeds, tree leaves, tree limbs or similar matter in or upon any portion of any street, alley, sidewalk, ditch, culvert, stream, or storm sewer. However, no person shall be required to remove any natural accumulation of such matter. (Ord. 95, 5-27-1968; amd. 2008 Code)
C. Deposits Obstructing Drainage: It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place, deposit or leave, or cause or permit to be thrown, placed, deposited or left, any object or any accumulation of any matter of any kind in any street, alley, sidewalk, ditch, culvert, stream, or storm sewer so as to interfere with or obstruct the drainage of surface water within the City limits. D. Penalty: Violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 95, 5-27-1968; amd. 2008 Code)
