6-2-6: PARKING PROHIBITED DURING CERTAIN HOURS:
No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle on any street or alley between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. of any day, except in an emergency. (Ord. 324, 3-27-2001)
