6-2-3: PARKING NOT TO OBSTRUCT TRAFFIC:

No person shall park any vehicle upon a street in a manner or under conditions as to leave available less than fifteen feet (15') of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic on a two-way street or less than ten feet (10') of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic on a one-way street.
