6-1-5: RIGHT TURN ON RED LIGHT AT CHATHAM ROAD AND CHERRY ROAD:
   A.   Right Turn Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for motor vehicle traffic facing a steady red signal light at the intersection of Chatham Road and Cherry Road, while proceeding in any direction on either street, to proceed into the intersection for the purpose of making a right turn while such red light is showing. At the intersection of Chatham Road and Cherry Road, motor vehicle traffic approaching said intersection while facing a steady red signal light alone must stop before entering the crosswalk on the near side of the intersection and must remain stopped until a steady green signal light is showing for the direction in which it is proceeding.
   B.   Signs Posted: An appropriate sign conforming to the uniform manual for signs shall be erected at all four (4) corners of said intersection giving notice of this regulation prohibiting right turns after stopping while facing a steady red signal light. (Ord. 132, 2-25-1974)
