Owners of property which are vacant in addition to registration with the City, must maintain the property in a safe manner. All entrances or windows must be locked or permanently affixed to prohibit access by unauthorized individuals. Repairs necessary to maintain the safety of the home must be made within a timely manner. Vegetation and other plant material must be periodically cut and removed in a manner consistent with a residential neighborhood in the City of Leland Grove. (Ord. 422, 2-27-2018)
