4-7-2: REGISTRATION:
At the conclusion of thirty (30) days with no resident in the property, it is required of all owners of property to register the fact that the property is vacant. Such registration shall be on forms prepared and maintained at the offices of the City. (Ord. 422, 2-27-2018)
