A. Violations:
1. It shall be unlawful for any person to set out recyclable materials for collection more than twenty four (24) hours before the expected time of collection.
2. It shall be unlawful for any person, other than the resident or an employee of a waste hauler, to remove recyclable materials from that resident's recycling bin or other recycling container. (Ord. 283, 10-18-1993)
B. Penalties: A first offense shall be punished only by issuance of a written warning. Any second or subsequent violation of subsection A1 or A2 of this section shall be punishable by a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
