4-3-3: PENALTY:
Any violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. The continued burning of any item prohibited in this chapter shall constitute and be punishable as a separate offense. (Ord. 257, 3-26-1990; amd. 2008 Code)
