4-2-11: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Any person violating any provision of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable hereunder as such. (Ord. 112, 12-28-1970; amd. 2008 Code)
