§ 119.41 DEFINITIONS.
   The definitions of the words used throughout this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires, shall have the same meaning as those set out in the State Alcoholic Beverage Control Law (KRS Ch. 241, 242, 243 and 244) of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and all amendments and supplements thereto.
