§ 119.26 IMPLEMENTATION OF CHAPTER PROVISIONS.
   From time to time, the City Council may by resolution or order promulgate such rules and regulations and may publish and utilize such forms and other documents as in its discretion may be necessary for the proper implementation of this subchapter.
