(A) The annual city license fee for the sale of wine, distilled spirits, and/or malt beverages shall be $1,200. The annual city license fee for a caterer’s license shall be $800. A caterer may be issued a temporary license for one event at $200 each. If the caterer requires more than two temporary licenses in a year, the caterer must then purchase an annual city license for $800. These fees may be amended from time to time if not inconsistent with the applicable state statutes.
(B) The annual city license fee for the sale of alcoholic beverages during extended hours shall be $0.00.
(C) City licenses shall be issued by the City ABC Administrator upon receipt of notice from the State ABC Board Administrator of the finality of appeal or protest permitted upon such license pursuant to the provisions of KRS 243.360, and the fact the State ABC Board Administrator has approved the applicant’s state application. All fees collected are to be deposited into the appropriate designated account.
