(A) There is hereby created the non-elective city office entitled “Finance Officer”, who shall take the Constitutional Oath and shall execute bond with surety to be approved by the City Council.
(B) The Finance Officer shall to plan, organize, coordinate and evaluate the annual audit for the city and the Leitchfield Utilities Commission and such other financially related matters as may be appropriate as related to financial management.
