(A) The Commissioners shall be appointed for terms of three years, provided, that in making the initial appointments, the City Mayor shall appoint two Commissioners for a term of three years, two Commissioners for a term of two years and three Commissioners for a term of one year. There shall be no limitation on the number of terms to which a Commissioner is reappointed. Subsequent appointments shall be for a term of three years.
(B) The Chairman of the Commission shall be paid the sum of $250 per month and the remaining members of the Commission shall be paid the sum of $150 per month during their respective terms effective July 1, 2020.
(C) In the event a vacancy shall occur on the Commission, the replacement shall be appointed as prescribed above for the remaining terms of the Commissioner who created a vacancy.
