Plans for building construction, parking areas, yards, driveways, entrances, exits and screenings (including location, type and height) shall be approved by the Planning Commission. The Commission may require such changes therein as may be deemed necessary or desirable to ensure safety, to minimize traffic difficulties and to safeguard adjacent properties.
