§ 153.025 ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   The Planning Commission and its authorized agent or inspector shall administer and enforce this chapter.
   (B)   The Commission and its authorized agent or inspector shall have the authority to make inspection of buildings and premises necessary to carry out their duties in administration and enforcement of this chapter.
