The Grayson County Planning Commission shall consist of 12 members; four of whom shall be the Judge of Grayson County, the Mayor of Leitchfield, the executive authority of the legislative body of the City of Clarkson, the executive authority of the legislative body of the City of Caneyville, and eight of whom shall be "citizen members," as defined by KRS 100.111(4), with the qualifications for the appointment to said Commission as provided by KRS Chapter 100.
