Grayson County, together with the Cities of Leitchfield, Clarkson, and Caneyville, do hereby establish a Joint Planning Commission with territorial jurisdiction within the boundaries of Grayson County, with the power and authority under KRS Chapter 100, as amended hereafter, to engage in and enforce planning operations, to adopt and enforce housing and building regulations, to prepare and adopt a comprehensive plan; to adopt and enforce subdivision regulations; and to exercise such other jurisdiction conferred upon planning commissions under said KRS Chapter 100, as amended hereafter.
This Planning Commission shall be known as "The Grayson County Planning Commission".
