§ 150.24 OBSTRUCTION OF WATER FLOW ALONG CITY STREETS PROHIBITED.

(A) No structure shall be constructed or otherwise placed in such manner that the flow and/or drainage of water along a public right-of-way, including city streets shall in any manner be impeded.

(B) The contour of real property shall in no manner be changed, by grading or otherwise, in such manner that the flow and/or drainage of water along a public right-of-way, including city streets, shall in any manner be impeded.
