§ 116.04 ISSUANCE; DURATION; DISPLAY OF LICENSE.

Each license issued under this chapter shall be valid for one year and shall be issued by the City Clerk/Treasurer. The license shall be prominently displayed by the holder on the premises where the sale is conducted, and it shall show the name of the holder and the expiration date.
