Each person subject to the provisions of this chapter shall present to the City Clerk/Treasurer an application showing the applicant's name, business address, business telephone number, residence address, residence telephone number, and if a non-resident of Grayson County, a statement setting forth any previous, unpardoned felony convictions. Forms for applications shall be provided by the City Clerk/Treasurer and paid for out of the General Fund.
