§ 116.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.
   (A)   Each person who conducts a yard sale in the city in excess of twice within a 12-month period, provided that each such occasion not exceed two consecutive days of sale, shall purchase a license from the City Clerk/Treasurer for the conduct of all such sales, and shall pay annually therefor the sum of $10 being payable as the occupational tax for the privilege of conducting yard sales.
   (B)   Except as otherwise provided in division (C) of this section, each person who sells personal property by means of a flea market in the city shall purchase a license from the City Clerk/Treasurer for the privilege of conducting a flea market, paying therefor the sum of $25 annually, being payable as the occupational tax for the privilege of conducting such sales.
   (C)   In lieu of the annual occupational license tax imposed in division (B) of this section, the owner of real property who permits that property to be used by himself or others for the sale of personal property by means of a flea market in the city may purchase a license annually from the City Clerk/Treasurer, which license fee shall be the occupational tax for all of those individuals who are permitted to use the licensee's property for purposes of flea market sales. The rate for the license provided for herein shall be $15 per week that sales are conducted, but not less than $500 per annum.
