§ 116.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FLEA MARKET. Sale or sales of personal property conducted on real property leased daily or weekly by the seller and not a permanent, fixed location for the conduct of such sale or sales.
   YARD SALE. A sale of personal property conducted upon or in a residential lot, structure or outbuilding.
