Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense. Civil enforcement of this chapter shall be by the City of Leitchfield Code Enforcement Board or a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
