§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense or violation.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of § 91.13 shall be fined not more than $1,000, or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both fined and imprisoned.
