§ 63.18 AUTHORIZATION TO USE CITY STREETS FOR UTILITY LINES.
   The Utilities Commission of the city, being a delegated authority of the city, is hereby granted the right to lay, install, construct and maintain water, natural gas, and sewer waste transmission lines on, under, and across the streets, alleys and highways of the city.
