§ 63.16 SUPERINTENDENT, OTHER EMPLOYEES UNDER DIRECTION OF COMMISSION.

(A) The Commission shall have full and complete control, supervision and management of all the employees of the utility system. The Superintendent or Manager, if one is designated shall perform such duties as may be conferred upon him by the Commission. No person shall be employed by the Commission who is related within the third degree to any member of the Commission.

(B) Legal counsel to the Commission shall always be separate and distinct from legal counsel to the City Council.
