§ 63.14 DUTIES OF OFFICERS; MEETINGS.
   At the first meeting of the Commission and annually thereafter the Commission shall organize by the designation of one of the members of the Commission to act as Chairperson and another to act as Secretary and Treasurer. The Chairperson shall preside at all meetings, when present, and shall call special meetings of the Commission. Provisions shall be made for holding one regular meeting each month as to which special notice need not be given. The Secretary-Treasurer shall keep a record of the proceedings of the Commission, which shall be available for inspection, as are other municipal records. The Secretary-Treasurer shall, in addition to any compensation received as a member of the Commission, receive a reasonable compensation, commensurate with his duties, the exact amount to be fixed by the Commission subject to the approval of the City Council, for his services in collecting and expending monies for such Commission. Any appointed member of the Commission failing to attend four successive regular meetings without cause acceptable to and approved by the Commission shall thereby automatically be removed from office.
