The schedule of rates and charges for the services and facilities furnished by the water system portion of the utilities system shall be as follows:
(A) Monthly water service provided within the corporate limits of the city.

Next 20,000 gallons per month | 1.30 per 1,000 gallons |
All over 50,000 gallons per month | 1.20 per 1,000 gallons |
(B) Monthly water service provided outside the corporate limits of the city. The monthly charges for water service provided outside the corporate limits of the city shall be 100% of the charges set forth in division (A) above for service provided within the corporate limits of the city.
