§ 51.56 ENCROACHMENT PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to excavate, dig, disturb, drill, or in any manner encroach on, in or upon a public way within the corporate limits of the city without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Public Works Director and the Superintendent of Utilities.
