§ 50.28 TERMINATION OF THE FRANCHISE.
   The city may, at its discretion at any time during the term of the franchise, review the operation and charges of any solid waste collection and disposal services and may at its discretion terminate any franchise herein granted upon thirty (30) days notice for violation of the terms of the franchise agreement.
