§ 50.26 ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSALS.
   The city shall expressly reserve the right to reject any and all proposals, to accept any proposal in whole or in part, to waive any informalities and to accept the proposal or proposals that appear to be most advantageous and in the best interest of the citizens of the city .
