§ 50.25 NON-INDUSTRIAL/INDUSTRIAL SOLID WASTE DISTINCTION.

The city shall expressly reserve the right to distinguish between household solid waste, commercial solid waste and/or industrial solid waste and to award a franchise for the collection and disposal of industrial solid waste and may accept separate proposals.
