§ 50.23 SOLICITATION OF FRANCHISE PROPOSALS.

In order for such franchise to issue, the city shall cause to be advertised, as provided by law, solicitations for proposals. The city may accept additional proposals subsequent to the initial solicitation and any such subsequent proposals must meet with each and every one of the specified requirements of the franchise.
