§ 39.75 EMPLOYMENT OUTSIDE THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.

All members of the Police Department shall devote their entire and exclusive time to the business of the Police Department. Any outside employment or business interests that do not interfere with the efficiency of the Police Department may be submitted in writing to the Chief of Police for his approval.
