(A) Each officer receiving benefits under this subchapter pursuant to § 39.72(D) and (E) shall contract with the city for employment at the rate of one month for each hour of collect credit earned during his training provided by the city.
(B) Failure to continue employment with the city pursuant to the contract shall provide that the defaulting officer refund to the city so much of his past annual pay attributable to any increase by reason of such training.
